Shipping policy

These magical pieces are made to order and handcrafted with love individually! Good vibes and intention are energetically infused into each jewelry piece. Items are processed/shipped typically in 1-3 days and we appreciate your patience so much with each order! 

All orders placed within the United States are shipped using USPS first class (unless upgraded to USPS priority mail). Items shipped with USPS first class mail will arrive in 1-3 business days.

All orders placed outside of the United States are shipped using USPS First Class International Mail and generally arrive in 7-21 days. Some countries may subject the parcel to customs/duties and are the customer's responsibility. 

We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays once the item leaves our hands! 

We are not responsible for the loss of your package by the Postal Service. Once the package is out of our hands, it is beyond our control. We will do the best to our ability to help you filing a claim with the post office for lost mail. 

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer! Please double check that info at checkout. If an item is deemed undeliverable and returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect address, we will totally ship the item back your way with a corrected address, but the customer incurs those additional shipping fees.
